Ben Mills is an Associate in the Office of the CEO at Cambrian Biopharma, a biopharmaceutical company builder focused on developing therapeutics to increase healthy human lifespan. Heserves as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, providing high level support and guidance and acting as a proxy for the CEO. Prior to joining Cambrian, Ben worked under the Global Headof Executive Search at NBCUniversal, and spent his early career recruiting senior leaders for non-profit and mission-driven organizations. Ben is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where he earned B.A. degrees in Economics and Politics & International Affairs. While at Wake Forest, he pursued opportunities to explore the world of public policy in the United States Senate, study the intersections of race and gender under the supervision of Dr. Melissa Harris-Perry as an Anna Julia Cooper Center Research Fellow, and serve as the university’s first delegate to the Out for Undergrad Business Conference. Normally based in New York City, Ben is temporarily working remotely in his home city of Philadelphia until the Spring of 2021.
