How does the club work?

Members pledge to make an annual contribution: $2,500 (Platinum), $1000 (Gold) or $500 (Silver) in a single calendar year (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31).

  • Donors joining the Platinum Tier of the Giving Club will donate $2,500 per calendar year to support AsylumConnect initiatives.
  • Donors joining the Gold Tier of the Giving Club will donate $1,000 per calendar year to support AsylumConnect initiatives.
  • Donors joining the Silver Tier of the Giving Club will donate $500 per calendar year to support AsylumConnect initiatives.

We’re committed to using your donations to connect LGBTQ+ asylum seekers with verified safe services and support in their new home. Together, we can help persecuted LGBTQ+ people find safety.

HOW DONATIONS ARE SPENT:

  • Technology: helps us to improve and scale the first ever tech resource platform designed for those fleeing persecution due to sexual orientation or gender identity
  • Outreach: helps us to ensure LGBTQ+ asylum seekers and other persecuted LGBTQ+ people, lawyers and other direct service providers are aware of our lifesaving technology
  • Operations: helps us to cover key administrative costs and hire additional staff to run our operations and oversee our ambitious growth
